GOATS Adult Day Support Inc. is dedicated to helping individuals live safely, independently, and with dignity in their own homes. We provide Remote Monitoring and Support (RMS) services for individuals participating in Wisconsin’s IRIS and Family Care programs, using reliable technology, trained remote caregiving staff, two-way communication, monitoring devices, and individualized response plans.
Our services are designed around each individual’s needs and approved care plan, including overnight monitoring, scheduled remote caregiving, assistance responding to alerts, and additional reassurance while living independently. We also support families and caregivers by providing peace of mind when they cannot be physically present. Our commitment is centered on safety, independence, dignity, and peace of mind—helping individuals remain connected to their communities and continue living life on their own terms.
Our Services
Overnight Monitoring
24/7 overnight monitoring services designed to provide peace of mind while individuals sleep. Our trained remote support staff are available to respond to alerts and emergencies throughout the night, ensuring safety and quick assistance when needed.
Scheduled Remote Support
Customized scheduled remote support tailored to each individual's approved care plan. Whether daily check-ins, medication reminders, or activity assistance, our remote support staff provide reliable communication and support at predetermined times.
Alert Response and Monitoring Devices
Comprehensive alert response services combined with state-of-the-art monitoring devices. We assist in responding to alerts, coordinate with emergency services when necessary, and maintain individualized response plans to ensure appropriate and timely intervention.
